"I would not recommend Ben. His carefree and lackadaisical teaching style put me into a dangerous situation that directly led to me receiving a spinal cord injury - permanently infringing on my quality of life through paralysis of my legs, loss of sensation/function to my bowel, bladder, sexual organs, and constant neuropathic pains. I wasn’t properly trained on using the speed bar, big ears, or many other techniques before being radio controlled / instructed to “bench up” on the north side."
