"I placed a first time order through an Instagram link, quite a large order. Not having been into the store or having the ability to try anything on I couldn't have said whether it all would fit, but ordered according to sizing guidelines on the website. Ultimately for various reasons I didn't like the fit on most of the pieces and decided to return them- at which point I was informed that I could not have a refund but in ONLY in-store credit. This policy was not evident when I placed the order through the link. Who doesn't offer a refund within a specified timeframe with tags attached and products new in packaging? This return was attempted one week after the order was received, and I drove 45 minutes to complete it in person rather than paying for shipping. Ridiculous! I won't recommend."
