"My husband is a disabled vet attending for his BSN in Nursing, which is already challenging. His order for books was placed on 18 Aug and wasn’t shipped until 30 Aug. We just received an order of books and it was only 3 of the books that he ordered. When we called to inquire as to where the rest of the books are, they advised that there is another order but it only includes 1 item when there are another 4 items that he’s waiting on. One of them being Anatomy and Physiology. He’s 2 weeks into the semester and hasn’t even received the books he needs. It’s very discouraging that he’s a disabled vet who is trying to get his degree and can’t even get the books he needs because no one seems to care that he’s already 2 weeks into the semester and doesn’t have the necessary materials. Thank gosh they answered the phone this time but they did not have any useful information, which seems to be a trend. When they do answer the phone, no one knows where his books are or when they will actually ship. It’s quite possible that his second order hasn’t even shipped because we only have 1 tracking number at this point."
