"I felt very pressured by Kayla to start an account. I don’t mind if it is just name and phone number. But also email and physical address? That’s annoying. Didn’t even ask if I wanted an account. It’s bad to give employees quotas about accounts. I came in and asked if they carried something. That suggests I’m not a frequent customer."

"Went in for a pair of boots, didnt have my size in the pair I wanted, so they ordered them in. To my surprise the boots we're $286 to order in, but the tag on the boot was $149.99. The cashier and Management assured me that when the boots came in they would refund the $286 and I would only pay the $149.99. Thats exactly what happened. Super friendly staff, very customer oriented. Greatly appreciated keep up the good work! I'll for sure be back."

"I had some lady help me and she was extremely rude about everything. I asked for a more narrow hat and she said this is how the hats come then proceeded to say. Would you like a more narrow hat? I only bought a hat from them because I needed to but I would not go again. Terrible experience"

"Only giving this many stars because of their organization and huge selection. I went in because my son had found the style of boots he wanted online. There were MAYBE only 5 other customers in the store at the same time and the same amount of staff members. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. After finding the boots, I stopped an associate to see if they had other sizes. He treated me as if I was a huge burden by asking questions. He just said it is a discontinued style so that's all they had. Did not offer to check other locations or their website. Or look at similar styles. Needless to say, I could not get out of there fast enough after his attitude and WILL NOT RETURN. experiences like this are why more and more people shop online instead of choosing to support local businesses."
