"I've visted this store many times. I've received varying amounts of help each time. This visit was outstanding. Riley assisted me. Her first time in this store, usually works in the Brigham store. Wow! She went above and beyond in customer service! She helped me pick out several outfits, asking me questions to determine what styles, colors I liked.. She continued to bring me items in the dressing room to try on, looking at each item giving me her honest opinion of what fit well, was flattering or not so much. She never made me feel rushed! Riley was so personable and seemed to genuinely care about helping me find outfits to make me feel and look my best! She understood and was so empathetic with some struggles I have in clothes fitting well. Once, as I looked in the mirror she said " Are you being kind to yourself?" She was just so amazing. She built my confidence and helped me feel beautiful. If I could nominate her for the most outstanding store associate, I would! Customer service is so hard to come by these days and she definitely knows what it means and gives it 110 %. The other associates in the store seem friendly and helpful as well. The store is always, bright and clean, well organized. They have a nice selection of sizes and styles to choose from. Things have improved since the pandemic. I will continue to shop here and recommend you give it a try."

"I have been shopping at this Maurice's in Harrisville, Utah going on two years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences when going into the store. Upon entering you are greeted by adorable women who are eager to help you any way they can. If I am there to just browse they just say to let them know if I need help. When my hands start getting full of product I want to try on they immediately ask if they can take the items off my hands and start a dressing room for me and put my name on the door of my own person dressing room. While trying on clothing they even check in to see if they can take anything off my hands I don't want or if I want to try a different size they will go and grab them for me. I never feel pressured and I always feel like I am important and that they are there to help in any possible way. The dressing rooms are beautiful and have gorgeous chairs that make you feel like you are in a high end retail facility. I have tried on clothing before and needed a different size that perhaps they do not have on hand and they go out of their way to find the item either online or at another store and offer to ship to my house or the store free of charge. Although I have never had an issue with anything at the store I did have an issue with an online purchase once but Holly and Madison helped me call customer service and get it squared away. They are truly an example of what a Maurice's team member is and I look forward to many more shopping trips there. I would recommend everyone to try them out and if Madison or Holly are there, ask for them and tell them I said hi! -Another Satisfied Loyal Maurice's Fan!"

"I absolutely adore Lily, she started my full on Maurice's addiction. She found me 8-9 pairs of jeans that fit perfectly, which NEVER happens. Always helps me shop smart with the sales, we have the nicest chats while I'm there. She's been working on a technical error (not on her part) that happened months ago, she's always so willing to sit on the phone and wait 1-2 hours to try to fix it, with zero results, and tonight we finally made headway. This store has my business for life, and I've told all my friends how wonderful of a shopping experience I have had there. Thanks Lily!"
