"I have been using this OB/GYN clinic for a year now and have received nothing but great care from the receptionist , office ladies and especially the Doctor !!! They are very helpful, empathetic and got me in very quickly!!! I will continue to use this office in the future as needed!!! Great job ladies !!!"
"This office is a mess to work with. Dr. Lori Hyden is nice in person but behind closed doors she runs a horrible staff. I feel for the new employees coming to work there because its a big mess that I never want to deal with ever again. There is a lady in the middle desk not the same of front desk and this woman is the most rudest person you will ever encounter. She will not provide any help for guidance or suggestions and she answers any simple question with a horrible attitude. Makes you feel like its back to high school just trying to explain what you need help with. This office lacks empathy. Sympathy seems fake from them and empathy is so far off. I dont even think they know that is. Customer service is big for me and this office lacks that entirely. Its like the right hand knows nothing about what the left hand is doing. Horrible communication. This was my first time using this doctor and will be the last time ever. I moved back to Claremore a few years ago and this office is closest to our home but now that I'm pregnant again I am willing to take the long drive back to my old OBGYN doctor in Tulsa which is someone who actually cares about my medical wellbeing for me and my baby and also comes with a staff that can provide better care with empathy and positive attitudes. I do not recommend this OBGYN Utica Park clinic office in Claremore. Staff is horrible. 2 stars because Dr. Hyden seems like a nice and humble person up front which is now questionable but the staff she has is not working in her favor at all. Do not waste your time booking an appointment here."
