"Took a pair of my cowboy boots in to be resoled for use at work. The heel is too low and I end up feeling like I’m walking uphill all day, and I do plenty of that already. Also to add to it, there’s gaps in both boots seams so when I stepped in my first puddle, I spent the day with wet socks. Thanks for wasting my time, I’ll have to get them redone elsewhere. The amount of times Ive fallen over them in the last few weeks (tried to give them a chance) is more than I can count, as much as I hate to admit it being that these are my favorite pair. In all honesty when I can’t do my job because of the hindrance caused to my ability to move causes a risk to my health and my coworkers, I’m going to have to retire these boots until I can get to another shop."

"I recently had these boots resoled at Gainesville Boot & Shoe Repair. Eli does such a great job! I bought these boots in 2007, and I’ve worn the heck out of them. In 2015, they were getting pretty sad looking, so I shined them and thought that I could still get a few more years out of them. So this year, I could finally feel every rock and bump under my foot when I was walking, and I considered throwing them out. But Eli resoled them, fixed the wear on the heel, and shined them. Woohoo, I may get another 5 years out of them! He also helped me with some repairs to a purse and did a great job."
