"Server gave the absolute smallest scoops I've ever gotten at Cafe Rio. I asked for hatch green chili and he gave me red sauce. Was not attentive at all. There were 4 other people in the entire restaurant. The garbages were overflowing."
"I went to pick up my food. There. Was a missed item ir would have been obvious had they checked the order! I had to show them that it was missing ! I ordered Chips and Queso when I went to eat my food the food. The food was cold like it had been sitting there for quite a while. I picked it up at the appropriate time when it was supposed to be ready. When I told her the queso was missing she got the queso and scooped it in the cup, and when I went to open up the queso to eat it, the queso was cold. I don’t know how she did not recognize the queso was cold when she scooped it in the cup. The rice was crunchy. Everything was cold. I was really disappointed. Usually, I have a better experience eating here. I don’t know that I will go back again."
"The place was clean and organized. The staff was kind. The meat tasted old like someone wasn't doing their job making sure the meat tasted great. Not fresh tortillas were old. Everyone was standing around but a cpl people. Not happy"
"This Cafe Rio is always soooo warm. Feels great walking in on a cold day. I have never had a poor experience at this location. Others may have, but I personally have not. Every time I order online, it is always there when I show up. They have tons of High School kids in there and always seem to keep the line going. I like this location. Deserves my business."
"My go to are the sweet pulled pork enchiladas,cilantro rice, beans and some side lettuce and pico de gallo. Very convenient!"
