"Skied in for lunch and we four gals were all excited about splurging on a great meal. But, we ended up disappointed. Everyone felt that their choice of food was very meh.. Two had the Caesar salad with salmon. Very small cut of salmon. Caesar salad was without much flavor and came without the anchovies. When I asked about the anchovies, they said we have none. For $36 you get a bowl of lettuce without much flavor, a few peels of cheese and yes, a small piece of salmon. Very small. Well We live here and learned our lesson."

"I had a phenomenal Caesar salad with salmon on top and some Parmesan truffle fries on the side. Then for dessert, some of the best hot coco I have ever tasted!"

"The quality of the food has been consistently great year after year, and the selection of both food and beverages is fantastic. If you're hoping to grab a drink at the bar, make sure to arrive early as it's first come, first serve. However, if you prefer table seating, reservations are a must. Our favorite at Apex is their chicken schnitzel, which has never disappointed. However, on this occasion, I decided to try something new and ordered the prosciutto cotto tartine. It was delicious! For dessert, I highly recommend the profiterole. It's humongous and has a rich chocolate flavor that is absolutely decadent. Overall, I highly recommend Apex Restaurant for lunch. The food is consistently great, the selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Don't miss out on the chance to try their amazing prosciutto cotto tartine and indulgent profiterole! "Quality food, but was overpriced. Dined for the Christmas Dinner pre fixe. It was quite tasty, but about 100% marked up for what it was. For a $225 tasting menu, should be full after…. Not needing room service. The dishes were artisan and tasty, but the portions were small and it weighed on an otherwise lovely meal."

"My wife and I celebrated our wedding dinner at Apex in Deer Valley. The service was great! Very welcoming and accommodating for our little kid we received a high chair right away. The cocktails were tasty and not your average cocktails! The food was out of this world packed with flavor and we even received complimentary champagne for our celebration. Also you have to try the wagyu nachos, so tasty I wanted to order some to go! The views were excellent as well"
