"We loved our experience here at Sterling. Casey was our server and he was amazing. The crab cakes were outstanding- probably the best I’ve ever had. My filet was cooked perfectly and the garlic potatoes were A+ as well. We would def come back to eat here again and plan on it!"

"In this steak restaurant, the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the live music featuring singer Tim Schwartz was truly exceptional.. His beautiful voice captivated the audience, effortlessly traversing genres from country to jazz. This aspect of the evening was a resounding success.. However, the service was terrible and "THE WORST" I have ever experienced in my extensive travels across over 25 countries in the past 45 years. As someone who enjoys dining at a variety of establishments, from local gems to renowned fine-dining experiences, I was deeply disappointed.. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, our wait for taking orders took place 30 minutes after we at the restaurant. And the food stretched almost to an unacceptable one and a half hours. This significantly detracted from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere.. While the food and entertainment were commendable, the service issues left a significant negative impression. This experience serves as a reminder that even the most delectable dishes and talented performers cannot compensate for unacceptable service.. ----------------- Dear Restaurant Owner, I appreciate your prompt response.. HOWEVER, YOU HAVE MIXED ME WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER.! We had a reservation a week ago, and did not have any problem with your people as we came to your restaurant. But we as well had the worst service like the person you wanted to reply. Again; as mentioned in my review; the food, the atmosphere and the life music was good; but the service and wait times were not acceptable. It was the worst in my life.. As being a long-time Google reviewer I never received such a reply from any restaurant owner.. Even though I am not the correct person you wanted to reply, an owner should always respond professionally and strive to improve their establishment for all customers."

"Not the vibe we were expecting, but the food was delicious, and the service was great. It is like the hard rock café met frontier fine dining. Our server Casey was very knowledgeable on the menu and wine pairing. We had the lobster bisque and Tuna Napoleon to start. Both were very flavorful. The tuna was light and a great starter. For our entrée, we shared a NY strip and added scallops. The scallops had a great cook on them with a nice pepper flavored foam on top. Roasted corn was our side of choice. Great roasted flavor with a hint of spice from the jalapeños. We also had the lobster mac and cheese. This was ok. It lacked the lobster flavor but cooked well. Dessert was the creme brulée which was also shared. Great caramelization on it, great flavor. Overall, we were glad we shared the entrée and dessert. Otherwise, it would have been way too much food."

"After a long day as first time skiers in Park City, my husband and I were looking initially for a bbq place. After looking at a high rating we decided to try Sterling and we absolutely love it! This place has it all: The ambiance was phenomenal, almost like a fancy 80s musician cabin in the woods (the Big foot sized chair was awesome!). The food was out of this world good, the customer service was top notch and they played amazing 80s hits. I would say the regular menu is pricy (probably due to the ski area) but the food was so incredibly delicious (flawless) that we had to come back the next day for brunch which will give you all you can eat for $19 each person. We will not hesitate coming back! Best food we’ve had in a while ❤️ P.S: big thanks to our wonderful server Neil!"
