"Don't eat here. I've enjoyed Subway for 20+ years, but the recent changes and decisions from corporate and management are quickly ending all good will I had towards this restaurant, and this location specifically seems to be taking it even more extreme. This specific experience was not the fault of the employees, they are just doing what they've been instructed to do. I asked for extra green peppers for my girlfriends 6 inch turkey sandwich, and the employee put 3 single strands of green pepper. I asked for more and she said this is all they are allowed to give now. Which is insane to me. Another recent visit I ordered the chicken teriyaki, which used to be fully customizable. I asked not to receive the double cheese it comes with (just regular cheese) and was told I'm not allowed to modify this sandwich. The whole point of Subway (in the past) was going in and getting the exact sandwich you want, and for some reason they are going completely against the product and customer base they've built up. Any fast food burger place lets me remove ingredients, but now Subway is a "take it or leave it" kind of place. I'll be leaving it."

"Went to subway because I saw they were giving away free footlong cookies for national cookie day. We walked in and there was a sign stating you would get a free cookie if you bought a footlong sub and signed up for rewards. I did both of those things. When checking out, the cashier told me I couldn’t get a free cookie because she didn’t know how to do that. She told me management doesn’t tell them or show them how to do anything. It’s clear the management/owner doesn’t care about their employees or this store. Also very disappointing and misleading that I have seen several ads for a free cookie and big sign was posted in the store about it."

"They did a good job with the bread It's hard to see the meat because there's a big metal cover. The only thing I have a problem with there really is the vegetables over freezing and it makes it nasty. But I don't mind coming back to the store cuz they did a good job with everything else."

"What you would come to expect from Subway. Very consistent. I'm not a big subway fan. Haven't been to one in like 10 years lol. Hasn't changed at all except it's not as good as a value as it used to be. I thought their subs were priced lower . I also thought they sliced their meat fresh. That's what the commercial says because deli meats kind of scare me if they're not properly handled and rotated correctly. The employee that was working didn't seem too excited to be working there. He was kind of short and impatient even though we were the only people in the place."
