"I got a roast beef sandwich and it was delicious but the fries are starting to disappoint. They are over fried and not that good. You need fresh fries when you go."
"When we ordered we had to repeat our order three times they didn’t give us the right amount of fry’s. We ordered nine plain classics and they gave us beef and cheddar, they were incredibly rude. We had to talk to four different people and when the fourth went to the back to get the manager, the manager was trash talking us and said we were lying and that we asked for beef and cheddar. (We all think it’s disgusting) Then when the manager came out, they wouldn’t replace the sandwich’s or give a refund even when we tried to give them back. And to top it off someone in the back wasn’t in uniform they were in sweat pants and a hoodie. 0/5"
"If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Girl at the window got my order wrong after telling me she'd fix it, the manager inside denied getting it wrong and refused to replace it or take back the food for a refund. She was pretty rude and very unhelpful. So now I have a bunch of cold food I don't want. Definitely would not recommend going here."
"This is by far the cleanest and nicest Arby's I've been in in a very long time. As soon as I walked in I could see the employees in the back washing their hands. I think that is a good sign. The food was as good as to be expected. Service was great."
