"Love repeating yourself over and over and still get the wrong order then they grab another worker to take the order? Want cold tots? Want sour cream added and pay $.50 but not get sour cream added? Kinda warm soft shell taco? Want to pay another $.50 for a side of ranch that is frozen? This is the place to be. I’ll take a refund for this joke of an order."
"We LOVE Taco Time! It tastes fresh and yummy….or at least it used to. Lately our Crispy Pinto Bean Burritos have not had smushed beans. The beans have been whole. It tastes disgusting. There’s also no cheese in the burritos now. We are so disappointed with this and hope the cooks will start cooking the recipe right again. Also, the chicken can be fatty sometimes which is so gross. Wish that could change. I want the quality to go back to the way it was, please!"
"The food at this location has always been good. The service has been great. The issue is online ordering. The store hasn't received an order the past few times. I've received the email and been charged properly; but waiting for the food after the pickup time (due to not receiving the order) defeats the purpose of online ordering. Other than that it's still good."
