"I ordered online and got an error on the website. We got charged but I never got a confirmation email. I gave them a call to verify that the order had been sent to the store and the manager confirmed that it had NOT appeared. They had me place another order and choose to pay in store. They took really good care of me and made things right. The staff was very respectful, helpful, and listened really well to my problem."
"Ordered two large pizzas. One of the pizzas and one was barbecue. The barbecue was so heavy that you couldn’t even see the cheese. I called and asked if they would kindly replace it with another pizza and they refused to do so pretty shocked. Definitely our last time here after 3 years of going there."
"New website charges your gift card and then won't place the order!!! I have been a loyal Marcos customer over the years but since their new website update, I can't place an online order!!!!! But it does charge my gift card. This happened twice! I will be contacting corporate so I don't lose the balance of a $70 gift card. There is zero customer support. I don't feel safe using their website anymore, so I will be not be using this company anymore."
"Go to a different location if you can. The quality of the pizza is amazing! However, this location disappoints. After ordering 4 pizzas for carry out, one box was completely empty. They legit gave me an empty box. Then when I realized it and called them, I was on hold for 45 minutes just waiting for anyone to pick up. It’s still unresolved. I paid a premium price for an empty cardboard box. Don’t trust this location."
"The store is a smaller carryout/delivery style store with a few seats. The crew does a great job getting the pies out as fast as they can and the food is simply amazing. Everything is made from scratch and it's all fresh. Nothing is ever frozen. I love this Marco's Pizza. It's such a great store!"
