"I just finished a 4 day juice cleanse. I didn’t have enough confidence to do longer than that, but having completed it, I think I could have. The juices were delightful. The celery one wasn’t my favorite but I could still drink it without gagging, unlike previous celery juices I have tried. I had my kids and spouse all taste my juices as well, and they also enjoyed most of them. I didn’t really feel hungry during this cleanse. All the juices and water kept that hunger away. I did miss eating food, especially when it smelled really yummy. Ultimately, I thought it would be so much harder. I am sleeping better. I have better focus. I feel rested when I wake up. And, I haven’t had any cravings for sweets (there is currently a box of donuts right next to me and the desire to indulge isn’t present at all). Overall 10/10 I will do this again and will continue buying juices. Can’t wait to taste the cous cous bowls."
