"This McDonald’s consistently disappoints, making me regret every visit. Today's experience highlighted the ongoing issues. Despite having self-serve kiosks, the service remains consistently poor. They even messed up one of the sandwiches, but getting assistance was a mission. Trying to request a replacement or ask for ketchup proved challenging until someone finally appeared. However, instead of addressing the issue, the employee walked past the counter, looked at me, and asked, "What?" before heading to the bathroom – a bizarre encounter. It's surprising to see such poor staffing and training at a location in a prime area. The numerous negative reviews without any apparent effort for improvement are concerning. The potential of this place is wasted due to consistently subpar service and unaddressed issues."
"It was awful! It was dirty and gross everywhere and I felt sticky just standing in the room, all the tables were dirty, and the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage, I had this strange urge to just clean up so I can have peace of mind, but I won’t. Just driver thru please."
"Food is normal, nothing great, but low expectations was met. The photos I posted are from the play place only. Trash looks like is never been taken out since this AM, posted @ 17:21, 8 AUG 2023. Ordered "For Here" and was called out my number instead and food left at counter in "To Go" bag. My kids and I were the only 5 customers when ordered. Guess they don't want people to "dine in". I'm in no way surprised by McDonald's staff with their standards, but wanted to inform people with kids to take them elsewhere until McDonald's corrects their failed mission statement, "To be our customer's favorite place and way to eat and drink." So far, this location's quality is poor, under performed and inadequate with no intent of performing beyond the counter."
"Yikes. Couldn’t find a single table in the entire dining room that was clean. Garbage cans full. Flies buzzing around us. Placed a mobile table order for one large fry. After about 10 mins someone at the counter called out our table number, not bothering to bring it to our table. It’s not even busy, either, it’s been us and a couple of teenagers for the last 30mins. Don’t know when the last time was I saw a McDonald’s lobby with this level of neglect."
