"I had placed an online order for drive thru pick up thinking it would be a quick fix for a late breakfast. Upon arriving, they had signs posted on their doors and drive thru window saying they were closed. I saw there were at least two employees and a toddler inside (?) so I knocked on the door to inquire how the store was closed yet I was able to place an order. They said their system was down and only were able to receive DoorDash orders and that they weren’t taking any other orders. I showed them my online order and asked what should be done and they just told me to submit a refund request online. Don’t bother coming to this location as they are unreliable and judging from recent past reviews this isn’t a one time convenience."
"Usually there’s a wait this morning but today there wasn’t definitely recommend their spinach Florentine bagel super yummy the right amount of cheese and cook spinach to top. The bagel with some veggie cream cheese is the perfect breakfast. I noticed they have a Texas brisket bagel. Will have to go back to try that."
"Huge fan of Einstein and always have been , but this location is the worst. Not only do they take forever to get you one bagel, but they gave me the wrong one and on top of that, served it to me Black and charred… I couldn’t eat it so it is currently sitting in my trash can. Won’t be returning."
