"The Draper location, is a mess! There’s no sit down seating, they removed it because of the Covid-19, and they never put it back, it’s dirty, it could use a good cleaning. And, half of the time, the orders are wrong. It needs a new manager/owner…for sure!! It used to be so nice, I don’t know what has happened to it!!!!"
"Ordered food online for a delivery, driver kept waiting and going back to the restaurant to pick up my order for one and a half hours. After all that time, driver came back one last time to pick up my order and was told they gave my order to someone else. Two hours later we have no food. Disgusting customer service. Such big company and you can’t hire more employees to actually service your customers. Now I remembered why I stopped coming here 5 years ago."
"Einstein Bros is fine! Everything’s always fresh—I just don’t think their bagels are anything special. If you really want a bagel breakfast sandwich (which is a totally understandable situation to be in) then sometimes Einstein Bros is your best option. During those times, it hits the spot! But if you’re near Salt Lake there’s a number of better options. Down in Draper Einstein is kind of the the only bagel option though. Staff is always nice and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. Just kinda have to be in the bagel mood for it to be my thing though."
