"We have been coming to your restaurant for years and love the pizza but recently we have noticed the cleanliness is really slipping. We haven’t been back because a dirty restaurant kills the appetite. Hopefully the problem can “clean itself up” and we will be back!"

"This is my favorite pizza, for the flavors and freshness. HOWEVER, the last 5 times in a row I have ordered there online (both from online ordering systems and their own app), the pizzas have not even been started when the pickup time comes. This is the best pizza, but I'm giving 3 stars because it is really unprofessional to not have a functional ordering system, and a huge flaw in the system. I will change this review when I see their performance improve."
