"This particular McDonald's location here in Cottonwood Heights is the best Mcdonald's location we've ever been too. The management and staff are so kind and friendly. We go out of our way to visit this location. Hats off to the manager who made our daughter's day on her birthday with a free ice cream and mini bday cake. 5 stars."

"My wife and I were out with our newborn and decided to run by this McDonald's for a quick treat. Our baby was not having a great time in the car and was crying while I was trying to order for my wife and I. When we got to the second window, they gave us the ice cream cone and soda that we ordered but also gave us a delicious strawberry shake. I'm not sure if it was made by mistake and once I touched it they couldn't take it back or if they were trying to be nice since they heard our little one crying. Either way, we were very happy with this surprise!"
