"I normally love coming here, but my most recent visit changed that. The older woman that gave me my food didn’t even acknowledge me and shoved my food out the window and slammed the door. I understand if you’re understaffed or having a bad day but not treating your customers like human beings is unacceptable. I’m a manager myself but just because you’re busy isn’t an excuse to lack in delivery. Please have your employees be more aware of how they treat people. Most the time you’re awesome! Thanks."
"McDonald's, where to begin? A culinary disappointment awaits at every corner of this fast-food giant. The burgers are bland, resembling rubber more than beef. The fries, often soggy and limp, lack any semblance of crispiness. Don't even get me started on the so-called "chicken" nuggets, which seem to be made from a mysterious paste rather than actual meat. "Normally this is the only MacDonalds I like. Today was not a good experience there for me. The person in the drive through was told by the person on the speaker that he was having a hard time hearing the order. So the person spoke louder. The order was taken. I was trying to order a drink. He said he couldn't hear me and asked me to pull to the front window. I spoke louder and asked if he could hear me now. He said pull to the front window. Then he wouldn't respond back to me. The line was packed all the way to where we give orders for food. The person at window #1 who takes cash could have taken the order. The person taking orders could have taken my order as I spoke as loud as the person in the car in front of me. When I want a drink when working I won't be going there. I am working and didn't have the time to wait through all the cars to give my order then oil into the waiting spot to get my order."

"This is the best, most consistent McDonald’s! I come at odd hours of the night after work and the food is always tasty and service is always quick and friendly. The ice cream machine never breaks here! During a busy time sure, you might have to wait in the parking spot for a few minutes but they keep the line moving and I don’t mind at all. Keep up the great work guys!!"
