"The food was really good. Actually, the portions were big the price was not expensive expensive the appetizes were really good. The only thing that was not the best, even though it was really good was the vermicelli Or the bun cha Don’t read me wrong he was really good and I highly recommended but it’s not the best Vietnamese food that I have tried and I have high standards because I have a lot of experience eating Vietnamese food especially the same dish"
"Extremely dissapointed on your customer service today , we come weekly to dine sometimes even twice a week and we love the pho , vermicelli plate and Gioza . So far we have been delighted with the service , speed and product until tonight , we decided to try the fried spring rolls appetizer , when they arrived they were extremely small and the first bite was full of grease as in dripping oil and it was very unpleasant, we immediately told our server and she said we still had to pay for it , we tried to come to a solution with exchanging the plate or accommodating a solution and both servers said no and were not understanding and as a customer that leaves me with a very bad taste and a bad image of you ."
"Once cherished the spot for its Pho, but the recent experience was disappointing. The broth lacked flavor and freshness, and the meat portions were noticeably less generous. The sandwich, while okay, also suffered from a reduction in protein quantity."
"Great pho, very large portions, friendly customer service that paid attention to the details (like bringing me a to-go sauce cup with my box for my spring rolls without needing to ask). The atmosphere is simple, and a little bare. Though that kind of has its own charm. I'll be coming here again."
"Me and my boss visit this place quite frequently. I usually get the number 11. I love the food here and the service is usually great. I’ve been a few times when they are understaffed and we don’t get the basic attention to tend to our need. That’s why I’m still at a 4 star because I love the food here. Sometimes I like the broth in the lighter side and theirs is like that. We always order spring rolls as well as appetizers. We love getting that as well. It’s a great spot for a quick like food option. Give it a try for yourself and see."
