"I order through doordash and this is what I got for my medium frued"
"I've been a BK GM for over a decade and I can say with authority that this BK has been subpar every time I've gone here. This last visit was particularly bad though. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times and it was still wrong by the time I got to the window. I got interrupted multiple times while I was at the order taking station by the question "anything else" even though I was getting interrupted trying to tell her what else I needed. If there was more than a literal 5 seconds pause I got "anything else". I could understand if you were busy but I was the only car in the parking lot. The manager practically threw the food at me before my payment was ever taken and had to hand it back because I was missing an item. When they took the bag to give me my missing item, they took out the chicken fries I had ordered and that were in the bag originally??? Cheesy tots were noticably old and the sandwich I got still had sauce on it even though I had specified a fourth time that I needed it left off. Not only the worst BK experience I've ever had but probably worse drive thru experience period. I also did not get a receipt to fill out the survey so I hope the GM/DM will see this and help fix it."
"For $2.99 this is what the wrap gets you. I can’t even believe I paid for this… luckily I got a whopper as well. Will never purchase this item again unless it’s changes to .89c. Come on BK! Do better!"
"First and foremost, my Whopper was really good. However, I’ve got to be honest. The service at this location is horrible. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I sat waiting for almost six minutes before anyone greeted me. The lady who handled my transaction was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. I’m not sure if I’ll be back."
"So happy with the food. I don't think I've every left a positive review for a fast food joint, but everything was perfect. Got the chicken sandwich, jalapeno bites, and mozzarella sticks. My usual order. Somehow at this location it was 10x better than usual. Edit: I take back everything I said. Second picture is what I got tonight. It's was not good at all. Chicken sucked and the bun was actually hard. I could tap it on my table and it would make a noise. Took 2 bites and had to throw it out..."
