"Stopped by for an evening treat for my kids. We were served this very sad looking plain sundae. When I asked if they could put a little more in it and I showed her what the sundae looked like in their advertisement, she said "no, it's not supposed to look like what is pictured." Say what? Isn't that false advertising? I asked for a refund and visited the Holladay McDonald's on 4800s 1800e instead, where we were served fresh fries and a sundae that wasn't so sad."

"Every time I go here their ice cream machine is broken today. It was not broken. I went in and got a hot fudge sundae and paid for extra hot fudge. They gave me a bunch of ice cream and a cup with a little bit of fudge on top I said, do you have extra fudge I paid for extra fudge, she rolled her eyes at me and said we’re waiting for it. If you wanna wait I said OK I’ll wait then she comes down. She hand me a cup of chocolate syrup, not fudge syrup I just left."

"I am fed up with fast food restaurants that don't fill the order correctly. Warning to anyone using this McDonald's: don't leave the drive-thru window without double checking your order. I ordered a large #7 and 2 additional cheeseburgers. When we got home we had received only three cheeseburgers. It would cost me almost as much to go back and demand my missing cheeseburger as the cheeseburger cost. So they get to improve their profitability at my expense. Yeah, it isn't a lot of money- but I didn't get what I ordered, and it infuriates me! And since the cashier didn't give me a receipt, I can't even prove that I got cheated. So be sure to demand a receipt before you go to the pick-up window. Oh yeah- the cheeseburger I got was dry and pretty tasteless, very unlike the one I got there last week. This will be my last visit to this McDonald's."

"I ordered 2 Shamrock McFlurry and 1 Oreo McFlurry. The Shamrock McFlurry wasn’t even green. They made an Oreo McFlurry and put a squeeze of Mint flavoring in it and didn’t stir it. There was only Oreo’s on the top Not impressed."

"Horrible Horrible Horrible My daughter dropped her fries on accident. So she went up to see if they can give her some more fries. When she was walking away they started saying your toooo nice, why did you do that. Then I ordered 3 large fries, double cheeseburger. One of the fries came with a hair . Cheeseburger was cold, had to send that back. Came back with toppling that I didn’t add I don’t like employees mocking customers totally disrespecting customers Very unprofessional. Why is there no changing table for babies… Never Coming Back"
