"I had my first pap smear around a week ago here and just got an IUD put in today. Lilly Ferrell is fantastic! I felt heard and taken seriously in both of our appointments, and she was very thorough and explained every process in depth. If you have any anxieties about seeing a gynecologist like I did, go here. They take excellent care of you and they take you seriously"

"I contacted Women's Healthcare of Norman a month ago letting them know I was expecting and looking for an appointment. They sent me paperwork to fill out and said they would call me in a few days. After three weeks, they called to let me know they do not have space for me. In what world does it take a month to find out they do not have space? They could have just told me that in my initial phone call. Just very disappointed, and I feel like my time was wasted. I would recommend looking for a different provider who is better organized and who will not waste your time during a very vulnerable period of life. They also never answer the phone- it will always go straight to voicemail no matter which option you choose."

"I had a 9:40 appointment today. The dark haired young receptionist girl is RUDE, it took all my might not to be rude and condescending right back to her. They were not at all organized. I didn’t get called back until about 10:30. Also , they completely rushed everything. I’m 43 and have legitimate concerns and questions for Dr Chambers or rather her nurse practitioner(?) , I didn’t see Dr Chambers herself, which is very off putting."

"Dr. Allison Carter is amazing & so sweet. My first visit with her I received some heartbreaking news (not her fault at all). The way Dr. Carter and her nurse, Lindsay, spoke to me and handled this situation was so professional, compassionate, and respectful. Lindsay is amazing and spoke to me like I was someone important to her, not just a patient. Dr. Carter was the same way! They spoke on a level that I, not a medical professional, understood and made sure I fully understood and comprehended what was said to me and going on before I left. As a 23 year old, this was so important to me. I trust both of them and don’t want to go to anyone else except them two. They supported my decisions, gave their advice when I asked for it, and kept reminding me that I am in control and answered and addressed ALL my worries. I highly highly recommend Dr. Carter & Lindsay!!"
