"I came in & placed two orders for the guy to tell me my first order was cancelled, which was fine but I was seeing the charge on my side as well as not knowing how to cancel the order after asking how to cancel it multiple times so I can pay for my food AGAIN to actually receive it this time, he gave me my first order and I went back to my car to try and resolve the online order issue but was struggling so I went back and asked how after i already waited 15 minutes and spent a pointless 5 minutes arguing with the manager cause all could say is I can’t help you have to cancel it.. which I had a coupon so I wasn’t able to use that coupon again and left with a dry, cold burger. Very disappointing when you think you’re gonna spend some money on food when I try not to go out much since I’m financially struggling. This was the worst experience ever I will never be coming back, he made me cry and have an anxiety attack from just trying to figure out how to get my order to go through again, I even called and was ignored and hung up multiple times by the store. I then called the store manager and she said there was nothing we could do. They have terrible service not to be rude but the Mexican manager was just repeating the same thing and not actually helping, I waited 20 mins for 1 burger, very very disappointing"

"I have the unpleasant experience of visiting your restaurant this morning. It wasn’t totally unpleasant. However, the food quality can use some improvement. The burgers were overcooked, or they were held on the grill for too long, making them rubbery and hard on the edges if you could work on that, I think you would be more successful. I understand you’re a large franchise, but food quality is what drives up your sales keeping in mind sales cures all ales on the other hand. The service was great I went through the drive-in. , I think you would be more successful. It was expedient the cashier."

"5/15/23 @ 11:50 am. This chicken, if you can call it that, is every bit as dry, old, stale and cold as it looks. Absolutely inedible. In fact, it was sooo old we didn't think it was safe to consume but we had already hit the freeway. The real kicker is, an actual human with a food handler's permit and cook training saw these and thought they were good enough to serve to a paying customer. Not only that but the zucchini was clearly pre-cooked and then microwaved to death upon ordering. Scalding hot steaming mush. You'd think Carl's Jr. would know that vegetables are 99% water so when microwaved they steam themselves and all the breading falls off. Such a complete disappointment. I don't leave many review but this particular location has been the absolute pits for years now and this was the final straw. With fast food prices as high as they are, this is unacceptable - go somewhere else."

"After Covid fast food industry got worse. Employees are unresponsive or not willing to give you what you want. And taste of the food really sucks. Hopefully Carl’s JR get back old days soon!"
