"These guys have messed up my order a few times. If my family didn't love KFC so much, I wouldn't go back. I don't know if it is due to lack of employees, but it seems like chaos when I go there. This last time, they sent me around to wait for my order. When the person brought my order they didn't bring all the meals I had ordered, then when I told them they went went back in and brought out an extra cake and then I remembered I already ordered the cake and I didn't have it either. So they tried to offer the cake for their mistake but I had actually ordered the cake and paid for it and didn't account for it when I checked my order in the first place. Absolute chaos"
"I had a great experience here. The employees were awesome! Food was on point as usual. The restrooms were clean. Another customer overheard me saying that the cashier missed my order for an ice cream cone and he bought it for me. It totally made my evening!"
"Update August 2023: lemonade is good. Bought a jug for about $8 and you can get refills for just $1 + tax. Definitely recommend."
