"Eggsburgh is a fine way to start your day. It can be challenging to find a solid breakfast and Eggsburgh has cracked it. Decor is a cheery yellow with industrial whites and steel. Service is solid, no wait for a table. Our server was chill, setting the vibe for our breakfast experience. Although tempted by the load of sweet offerings in the menu, I went with the American Sammie. The shredded hash browns on the side were excellent. Not greasy, crispy on the top with no hint of burning. The “sammie” was tasty. Scrambled eggs were robust, buttery. Bacon was crispy. The toasted sandwich bread was dry in the right way (not a Blues Brothers way), holding up the sandwich filling perfectly. Great breakfast place!"

"I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday but eggsburgh is crazy busy. It's totally worth the wait times though. It was the best breakfast on my trip to SLC and I think one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I was hesitant because of the negative reviews about the staff, but my experience was a good one. The menu is vast and the prices are average. I loved my french toast and the fresh fruit. It was great that they offer all the French toast/pancake flavors in half or single size because so many restaurants right do that and insist you have to order full size for the flavors."

"Had high hopes for this spot! Unfortunately was very disappointed. We walked in a the lady named Kim was very passive aggressive, rolled her eyes and was just rude. They have the please wait to be seated sign at the opposite end of the restaurant where you can’t see it. Food was nothing crazy. Could make it at home. Didn’t have many gluten free options. My husband said his ham steak was really greasy and so were my hash browns. Unfortunately we won’t be back."

"I’ve eaten here a few times this week! The service was good the 1st day, but the 2nd day must have been a one off because the manager was not the friendliest to me. On the 3rd day I had great service. Each time I’ve gone the food was good. So far I’ve had the breakfast Sammie, the breakfast bowl, and the red velvet French toast. The orange juice is really good and it’s fresh!"

"Don't listen to the other negative reviews. This place was great! I had the Iron man bowl and my husband had the steak and eggs. The steak was tender and tasty. The only thing we didn't like was the tea-I think someone mixed up the tea and iced coffee in the back because it tasted like tea and coffee. Otherwise, service was great and food was two thumbs up! Oh, we shared pancakes too- yum!"
