"Truly terrible, bland food. Worse than normal airport food. The breakfast burrito was completely tasteless. The salsa was not bad. It helped give the food some flavor. But I wish I hadn’t wasted my appetite on this. Ugh."

"Was really excited to try the breakfast menu as they do not have breakfast at the downtown location. It definitely did not disappoint! One of my favorite things about the Blue Iguana is that they have a little something for everyone on their menu! I try to eat vegetarian 80% of the time and can easily do this at any of their locations. I will always be stopping here when I travel!"

"Should’ve looked at these reviews before picking this place over others. $25 for enchiladas and a tiny cup of guacamole. The guacamole was $9. Chips and salsa was $6. The man working the register who had a bunch of tattoos and empty gauged ear lobes was soo high or tweaking he could not function properly to take orders, provide a receipt or make drinks. Another group whose order he took was laughing at him and the situation. There was no one home and he was staring at me as I am now sitting here eating. The girl that took my order had a beanie on, also seemed to have no lights on, and rolled her eyes when she saw I didn’t tip. No one else seemed to really know what was going on either. Something just seemed REALLY weird about the staff. The food was basic, the chicken enchiladas were actually decent but the refried beans (because they were out of black beans) were inedible. It’s unfortunate because this is a great spot in A terminal, the space appears brand new, but holy moly who is running it. Update to say that as I was eating my meal the man at the counter disappeared and I heard random tweaker-sounding yelling (like yelling at the air) in the back. I didn’t see him again as I finished my meal."

"They should change the name of this place terrible marketing for the other location. I have never been to the blue iguana but I am in no hurry to go now after this meal experience. It was adequate but not greaT. Tbh I think qdobas or the other chain Mexicans restaurants in the airports are better. The vibe was nice of the restaurant but the service was awfully slow. Nothing special, not awful though. I would change the name because it’s lackluster at best and why water down your other restaurant. Unless this is what’s expected not in any rush to go to their slc location."
