"We went here for dinner; our wait time was minimal. It was a Wednesday night, and the time we waited was typical of a sit down restaurant. The drinks that were ordered were brought to our table incorrectly. the waitress quickly realized her mistake and fixed it. When we got our food we had two porch chops that came out barely cooked. We sent them back there was no push back and our waitress was very apologetic. When we got the porch chops back they still were pink and not fully cooked. Our prime rib had 4 bites of meat and the rest was thick fat. I understand that prime rib has more fat but this was excessive. Additionally we found hair in our food. It wasn’t the color of our waitress or anyone seated at our table. Our waitress was very kind, and she was quick to fix the mistakes that were primarily a result of the kitchen staff’s poor performance."

"I have visited this location several times now in the past few months and have always been more than happy with the service. The bread rolls are to die for. I recently brought my international family here and they loved it! I have always have friendly servers who were quick to correct any errors or mistakes. I recommend the cactus blossom and the mashed potatoes. My family loved the ribs."

"We are huge fans of Texas Roadhouse, however when we came here on Friday night our experience was pretty negative. It was busy so we waited about 50 minutes, which was fine and to be expected for the rush on the weekend. We were seated in a very tiny corner booth which was really tight and uncomfortable, but again understandable since it was busy. We waited about ten minutes for service. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer, the potato skins, with bacon on only half. 25 minutes later we got them but half had cheese and bacon and half just had bacon with no cheese. We decided to just be happy with what we got and not complain as I felt a little sorry for the waitress since she had so many tables. She came back and noticed the mistake and went back and brought new ones 20 minutes later. We waited another 30 minutes for our food. The food was honestly pretty poor quality. The steak was tough and really hard to even cut, it was not even close to medium well. The bone in ribeye was way too done, and the chicken fried steak wasn't cooked in the middle. We spent over an hour here and that's just after we were seated. I usually go to the Layton location but was close to Bountiful so decided to go here. I wouldn't recommend this one, it's worth it to just drive a few more exits to Layton. We love Texas Roadhouse but definitely not this location!"

"My wife and I had just left this Texas Roadhouse location for lunch this afternoon. Everything started well. We were seated promptly and ordered appetizers and drinks. For the main entree I ordered the crusted chicken with mushrooms and onions which was actually really good. My wife ordered the 6 oz sirloin, medium well. When the steak came out we can immediately see that it was not medium well. We asked the waitress to take it back to the kitchen. She disputed with us that the steak was already cooked medium well and didn't take it to the kitchen. My wife took the plate and put it in front of her and said never mind out of frustration. The manager did come over to try to offer a new sirloin but the damage was already done. We just wanted to finish our meals and leave at that point. There should not have been any dispute by the waitress (look at the pictures). The manager did remove the meal from the bill which is why this review is not lower."

"Super bummed about our takeout experience tonight. I ordered a chicken critter salad and the only modification I asked for was to add bleu cheese. It came with the bleu cheese and croutons, but no egg, tomato, or cheddar cheese. I ordered the combo appetizer and only got four rattlesnake bites and what looked like pieces of popcorn chicken as the “wings”. There were no utensils in the bag like I had requested. I probably won’t come back to this location for takeout."
