"Terrible service. We had placed a large online order and when I arrived to the store I walked to the front only to be told by other customers back of the line. That’s fine no problem. I waited like everyone else. Then I finally get to the front and someone else with a pickup order walked up front and she ignored me and helped them with their large online order first. Bad bad bad"
"They never have the regular pizza ready it always the extra most bestest to try to charge you one extra $, also I have said all the time REGULAR PEP and they always charge me the extra most best price without the extra toppings nor telling me until i have paid. And when you tell them that you don't want to take the pizza that are already there (like the stuff crust), they put on an attitude like it hurts them personally!?!?! Do your job and just give me the pizza I wanted and nothing else."
"We ordered a pizza online here through the T-mobile Tuesdays deal and it said it was ready at 5:05 so we went inside. I told them we had an order and she said 5 more minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked where our order was. She said another 5 minutes and offered a free breadstick. There were also two other people next to us waiting for online orders for the same amount of time. It seems like they need more employees as well because there wasn’t an employee that was able to attend to people in line. Would not recommend online ordering here."
"Asked for 2 regular pepperoni and was charged for 2 extra most bestest , but was still given 2 regular. The pizza crust was hard, definitely not hot, and did not taste good. She also kept my Crazy Bread punch card , which still had another punch left. Seems like they are doing everything they can to cheat customers out of extra money."
"I know it's only Little Caesars, so I shouldn't have any standards, but this place has the worst costumer service. I never got my confirmation email, so my pizza sat dying on a rack, not even in the warming oven, for 40 minutes. When I asked the girl why she didn't know. More like, didn't care. I asked her to remake my pizza since they were cold and she laughed and said if I paid again. They weren't even busy. The pizza was just slopped together, too. Waste of money!"
