"Strike three! Got a mashed potato bowl today after work, around 5:30pm. Chicken was burnt and chewy at the same time? Zero gravy. Wayyyy too much cheese. Took 1 bite and literally spat it back into the bowl and tossed it. I know its just fast food and I assume some risk when buying this type of food, but that was disgusting and inedible. Furthermore this was the 3rd occasion over a period of a few months, I kept telling myself it was an isolated incident and proceeded to try again, all mashed potato bowls, all inedible. I will not be returning."
"I've had some rough experiences at this location in the past, lately it has been a very good experience. Tonight was very good. UPDATE: 17-Feb-2024. Tonight we ordered online and was told our order would be ready at 7.45p, when I got there, I was told that it would be fifteen to twenty minutes for the chicken. After waiting just short of twenty minutes the girl then said it would be twenty-five to thirty minutes for the pot pie! Had I not paid online already I would have just walked out. I asked for something like a desert for the trouble, it sounded reasonable to me. I was told, "No, we can't do anything like that. " I felt like I never want to come here again. So, I get home with the food and the Original Recipe Chicken was so overcooked, it was crunchier than the Extra Crispy Recipe chicken. Needless to say, I'm not in any real hurry to go back there."
"There is a KFC at the edge of my neighborhood. I drive past that one and drive for over 3 miles often times in rush hour traffic just to go to this one. The food is good, I haven't had them run out of chicken on me, and when I get my order, the items in the bag are correct. It's a really good KFC to go to."
"Haven't been to a KFC in a long time cause it hasn't been good in years, but decided to try it since I had a coupon. Wasn't terrible, wasn't fantastic. Workers were friendly. Chicken was tough/rubbery, but still edible. Potatoes, slaw, and biscuits good. It is very expensive. With the like $8 off coupon (or maybe it was $12 off), the 12 piece tender, 2 side tators, 6 biscuits, and side of slow was still like $30 bucks. Definitely wouldn't have paid full price cause the price I paid was high. Also, for that price, was disappointed the containers weren't full (see pictures)."
