"Picked up one of the classic pepperoni pizzas for $6.99. The Pizza was not hot nor warm and it looked as though it had been sitting there for days. I called and complained about the pizza and I asked for a refund. I gave the guy the information he needed for the refund. He acted sincere and apologetic and told me he would issue the refund. A month has gone by and no refund. I'm really disappointed in the quality of pizza and that the refund was never issued. I really thought he was going to make it right. I won't be going there ever again! Make sure you always look at the pizza before leaving the store."
"They have consistently messed up my orders I would say half the time or more. I pay for a custom pizza and I have 1-3 toppings missing. The delivery driver can’t speak English and drops the pizzas on my front porch and I still haven’t received my promised refund for that almost $70 meal down the drain. Yesterday I ordered 2 custom pizzas with extra cheese & crazy bread stuffed crust and Italian sausage of which I got none of the above. Had a lot of extra sauce yuck. I won’t be ordering from them again. I get ripped off way too often."
"This review is about the inedible crazy bread that was delivered to me. It was flat, undercooked, greasy, and had zero flavoring. I had to throw it away. Where is the quality control at this location. However my pizza was delicious."
"We have gone to this little Caesar for 10 years now. And the last 2 pizzas we have had have been terrible and they were on two different occasions a week apart. They were hours old, dry, and inedible. We are extremely disappointed and probably will not be returning to little Caesar’s due to this poor quality control that is in place. We bought two pizzas and had the throw them away and our family could not even eat them because the cheese and crust were so hard and dry. We should not have to check the food that is served to us for quality. This is the responsibility of the restaurant and workers."
"I went to the North Ogden location on 4/10/23 at 1pm. The breadsticks I received were so flat and full of oil, they were brown. The pepperoni pizza I received looked like it had been sitting in the warmer all day, the sauce on the pizza was hard and cheese looked like at least a day old. Very disappointed in the quality."
