"The employees have always been great, but the store manager Mike is unfortunately always working. He is clearly unstable, he’s extremely rude, how he got into manager position is beyond me. My kids refused to go into the store because of how he has treated them."

"That was my last time going into cedar hills dollar tree. The old man who is a manager every time I go in is very rude and makes rude comments. Today he seemed very annoyed he had to open his register because it became crowded. When my daughter put her stuff down to ring up he yelled at her to wait for the card reader and stop doing it fast. She was taken back and very mad. Then he basically threw the bag at hee. I was next I had gotten lots of random vegetables seed packages while he was ringing them up he said the is ridiculous and then I said excuse me and he said next time know what seeds you get and tell me the number even though I didn’t get two of the same. When he rang up my matches he looked at me and said well how many. I said just ring them up. I have never been treated this rude by someone checking out. I have seen first hand him doing that to others though."

"I've never been a big fan of this store.. today I was reminded of why I do not like them. I bought a corded pair of earbuds and as soon as I plugged them in they couldn't make a solid connection to sound. I twisted and turned then in the jack till it got the perfect connection for sound than I'd let go and the sound would fail and go out in one ear. I am not setting foot in that store again unless dollar tree makes this right. I'm sick of being taken advantage of in this garbage economy. I trusted the name and brand of dollar tree to not do this and it happened. If they don't care I don't care to be their customer."

"The elderly tall rude man is a liability to Dollar Tree. He is obviously mentally unstable. The store is dirty and often has unfinished displays. I have had the worst retail experience EVER shopping at this store. I have watched him follow people around the store bullying and bothering customers myself included. How this man has a job is a mystery. I will never go in this store again."

"The employees are cool but the manager kinda sucks. He is a little bit of a jerk and decides to just close the store randomly so he can go to a football game nearby rather than actually run his store during the posted hours. I would understand if there were designated signs stating they were closing early but just seemed like he just wanted to close early to do whatever he wanted to do."
