Saint Sophia School

"My son has recently started at the St. Sophia school and we have nothing but excellent things to say about them. He's fairly young (turning 3 soon) and started in the middle of the school year, so we were a little nervous at first, but they have been welcoming and friendly from day one. They have been proactive in making him and us (the parents) feel comfortable. The school has a warm family and friends feeling. All the teachers, staff, and students know each other well. During interactions with his teachers it is clear and obvious that he receives one on one attention and they are eager to help in progress. The facilities are nice and always clean. There seems to be a perfect balance of school work and activities that help continue his learning, while making school enjoyable and fun. He is always happy and excited to go to school in the mornings, and always seems happy when I pick him up after a long day of school. I would strongly recommend this program to any other parents."

"This has been the perfect school for my granddaughter. The teachers are caring, thoughtful, and well-planned. They incorporate the Utah core in their lessons. Students are well prepared when they leave St Sophia. They also make every student feel special. Everyone is welcome. My granddaughter is not a member of the church, but has felt totally welcome. In fact, many of the children are not Greek orthodox. It's a great preschool and kindergarten for every child."

I can't express enough how great the learning environment is and how pleased we are with our child's educational experience. Our only complaint is they don't offer higher grades and we will have to start a new search for a education experience that at least meets our current experience. The children are taken care of in the most genuine and sincere way possible. The teachers and staff care for the students as if they were their own. The facilities and grounds are amazing.
