"Needed some pine bedding and my local store was out. I happened to be in Morgan for another activity and stopped in to find some. A staff member was super helpful and the cashier was friendly."
"We go to tractor supply often. Yesterday my husband purchased a snowblower which wasn't cheap nor brand new. They told us it had been used once. We purchased it but didn't pay the extra $$$ for warranty. Took it home used it for less then 30 minutes the belt broke and needed an oil change. Went in to talk to manager and he said sorry about the bad luck. We weren't looking for a refund just maybe a small credit or a new belt $140 later. I refuse to shop there now."
"I am adding to my review, because I talked to their headquarters customer service. They said the manager would call me within 48 hours. I never heard from anyone!!!! I’m very disappointed in TSC. I ordered a composter online and the Morgan store had it in stock. When they pulled it from the yard for the driver to pick up, it had a wasp nest in it. The person who picked it called me and said he sprayed it down. But, he won’t remove it. And I’ll have to remove the nest because he’s allergic to them. Well guess what TSC, so is my husband. I cannot believe you would have the audacity to deliver something that could possible harm, if not hurt your customer. That is very dangerous and possibly a deadly situation. Maybe you should check on your outdoor supplies once in a while. And I’m if you can’t risk putting yourself in danger, which I understand, ask someone else in the store to do it. Or, don’t sell it!!! New product, with added wasps!!! Not my idea of a good time."
"Good but I tried to buy dog food here a few times and constantly had a problem where the food was either all sold out or not available in stock. For a professional store this shouldn't be a problem let alone for how established it is and its location."
"Was a bad idea walking into this store. Only because I could spend a LOT of money here. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me find everything I needed. Prices seemed fair for what they had to offer and a larger selection than,I expected."
