"This place was recommended by a colleague that I met at a conference. Her and I wanted to try something new. We arrived and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait, however; the bar was 1 come. There were two open seats but not together. The person taking it names asked two gentlemen if they wouldn't mind moving over so we could be seated. They were very nice, welcoming, and moved with no problem. Just looking at the menu, we almost walked out. But, we asked Jake the bartender what was good on the menu. We went with his recommendation and I had the meatloaf and gravy while my colleague tried the beef stroganoff. Glad we stayed. It was delicious. Well seasoned! Homemade noodles! Great choice if you ever find yourself in the Downtown area of Salt Lake City. Utah."

"Everything was so amazing! The pork belly and roasted carrots gave life back to my soul. The pork belly melted in my mouth, hands down the best pork I’ve ever had. The roasted carrots were *chefs kiss*. They were in the perfect sauce. Our waiter was super friendly and told us all about the dishes when he sat us. Wonderful all around."
"I recently visited The Copper Onion and tried their fried chicken sandwich with fries, and I must say it's the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The crispy, flavorful chicken paired perfectly with the golden fries. The atmosphere was very chill, and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I also indulged in a latte, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this spot for the perfect combination of great food, welcoming ambiance, and exceptional coffee."
