Every time I come to this A&W I get the worst of the worst customer service get home and always missing something if not some things and then when I call back to let them know they don’t even answer the phone with hi, this is A&W. "It's trying to get better but they've a ways to go yet. Please start with teaching employees to listen carefully, not play games, and care about how they look in the customer's eyes. These changes start with good management."
"This was a rather poor experience initially. It took a little while for us to get service at the counter. Then when we did we were massively overcharged. The prices on the board were not the same as the prices in the terminal. The entered the wrong order for my son. After 3 tries they made it right, but it took a lot more explaining than should have been needed. Then they forgot the fries for my combo meal. A lackluster experience all around."
"Food was too hot and not well presented. KFC chicken burger was okay, could do with bit more sauce. Staff seemed young and rushed. They also forgot fries but I drove back through and re collected them with no questions asked."
