"We tried Culver's for the first time last night and we were not impressed at all. We ordered at the drive thru and had a long wait before we got our food. I would not have minded the wait at all if the food had been hot instead of room temperature when they brought it to us. I also had to park the car and go inside because they forgot an entire meal. $45 for 3 people on fast food and I have had better food at McDonald's. I don't even enjoy McDonald's so that's not saying much for Culver's. I don't know if it is just the West Point location or if all locations are like this but I won't be going back."
"It was okay. My onion rings were cold, and the kid's meals had no toy or treat at all. The one thing that made it so I may not return is in Wisconsin. When we go here, I always ask for just iceberg Lettuce in my salad, and it's never a problem, and they are always friendly about it, but here it was like I had insulted them personally when I asked them there are a lot of greens I'm allergic to but I enjoy salad but they don't even want to be bothered to make any special orders."
"Waited over 30 minutes to get two shakes. Cars came after me and left before I got my shakes. Had to go through the drive through just to get my shakes. Yeah they apologized and offered up a coupon for a free meal. I immediately threw that out the window and left. Maybe they should rethink how they do curbside ordering. Most likely will NEVER go back."
"I feel like 50% of the time, my order has everything when I get home. Almost always missing fry sauce and dipping sauce for chicken strips. Burger never really seems to be hot."
"The ice machine was down so the drinks were warm. Our buns were cold and hard and the cheese was even more cold, almost frozen. I had to pick around the cheese. Everything tasted gross and the floor and tables were messy."
