Wendy's

"Gone down hill. Everyone used to make a joke about McDonald's ice cream machine being broken. But when it's Wendy's Frosty machine that's their signature dessert. And that happened to me the other day. The food is good The service is usually not bad but with all the new people there hiring the quality of service has definitely gone down."

"Certainly not the healthiest place to eat regarding food quality; disappointed that they don't serve chicken strips; order was messed up because assistant manager had to wait on me and she let me know that this supposed to be her day off; she was somewhat rude when she asked me what I wanted to order and I asked if they still serve breakfast because all I saw at 7 AM was a lunch menu; one of the items I ordered was "two number 10" and because of her attitude and not listening she wrung up a #2 and #10 instead of 2 #10, along with other items I ordered; management did correct the issue even though she didn't really want to and be argumentive; very disappointed ☹️"

"I don't think I've ever been unhappy with Wendy's, I was today! The first thing I seen as I walked into the restaurant was a guy with his fingers. Loading french fries into a container . Same guy come and took my money from me. When I ordered put my cash in the register and went back. And did the same thing with the fries again unbelievable . I watch to make sure that my fries were not touched because I don't do that. It was almost a Burden when I asked for ketchup in packets for my to go order. And when I asked for napkin and spoon at the counter with my to go order. I was told that they were all over with the other stuff and the guy promptly walked away. Not happy with this visit to wendy's today. To top it all off, my fries were cold and not salted. Did not go well with the chocolate frosty."

"This was an Uber Eats pick-up. The food was ready upon arrival, and the cashier was really great and friendly. I was concerned about not having any drink carriers in stock, and he actually offered to help me to the car with the order. That was truly above and beyond, and MUCH appreciated."

"This location is horrible. They get our order wrong EVERY visit, we’re always missing food or it’s the wrong food, fries are cold 9 times out of 10. They’re rude when you tell them there’s an error and act like it’s your fault. We give up, we’ll go to a different location if we want Wendy’s. The franchise owner needs to seriously evaluate the staff and quality assurance because it sucks. This photo was supposed to be a double baconator. It was a single patty with nothing but shredded cheese, mayo and ketchup. This is just one of the several issues with tonight’s order."
