"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Rio, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the incredible staff at Cafe Rio. From the friendly host who welcomed me with a smile to the attentive servers who ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, every member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service truly set Cafe Rio apart. And of course, let's talk about the food - it was delicious! Every dish I tried was flavorful and made with the freshest ingredients. From the mouthwatering tacos to the flavorful salads, each item on the menu was expertly prepared and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! P.S. If you can't control what you put in your mouth, like uncut carne asada, you need help. It's unfortunate someone would shove their mouth so full of uncut carne asada and blame the employees for attempted murder."

"Can't understand the negative reviews here. This has been my go-to favorite restaurant for years. Having been going here almost weekly for years, I can tell you that the food is excellent and I have had very few issues. The cleanliness could be improved a bit, but overall it has been a very good experience."

"So many problems with this location. Do not order carry out here. One time I had a long piece of plastic in my food. I complained and they said management would contact me and no one ever did. Tonight, they gave me the wrong sauce (mild instead of hot) and did not give me any rice or beans in my order. The put sour cream in my wife’s salad (which we did not order). I have held off complaining because this is the closest location, but when you give so many chances and they constantly mess things up, you wonder if it is worth your time and money any more. "The carne asada wasn’t completely cut up. It was still as a steak. I yacked on it and almost choked and died. There were three pieces like that. The beans were still crunchy. The rice wasn’t fully cooked and now I’m sick. I called in to their customer service line and the customer service lady was extremely unprofessional and rude trying to prove her point and so forth. My family has decided never to eat here ever again! There are much better Mexican restaurants around here, besides this Utah watered down Mexican food from Cafe Rio where people intentionally try to hurt you. I think I will report this to the Health Department. It is unsafe."
