"Food was fine, service was okay but they dude that is taking drive through orders needs to have a lesson on customer service. When I pull up to the sign the dude says “What do you want” is state my order and he says the price. “10$” and not another word. Bro looked like he didn’t want to be there. Granted I wouldn’t either but someone’s gotta check this dude"
"Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Took 10 minutes to make a baconator. Five people were working. Like cmon guys. They even forgot the sauce and BACON ON A BACONATOR. Terrible service."
"We ordered 20 minutes before arriving in the app and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. They left 4 items off our order. Our food was cold. And the employees were too busy making out to take care of our order. I reached out to the company and shared our experience with no response. We won’t be back."
"A little slow tonight but they were definitely polite about it. They gave us a couple of free frosty's and some extra chicken nuggets. So that helped. :)"
