"If you are going to have self checkout be such a painful experience with all the loss prevention programming involved then take out the self check out! Smiths is getting that much theft? This is ridiculous for us honest paying customers to slow down the line to have to bag every item and the hand held is no use because of the bagging. The assistant had to help me three times."
"They just remodeled their pharmacy and it's really nice. The lines are usually short and the staff is always friendly. They have a drive thru option for the pharmacy too which is convenient"
"So much for fresh produce, the bags of lettuce/salad, boxes of strawberries & bags of grapes were mostly rotten, slimy & moldy. These pictures really don't do the nastiness justice. It's truly disgusting how rotten this produce was, bags full of brown mushy, moldy grapes, green furry strawberries, and black slimy lettuce. They should be ashamed of themselves for this quality. Especially when their commercials brag about their produce."
"Smith's Food and Drug Android has the best prices anywhere I've been in Utah, when it comes to drug prices customer satisfaction and last but not least employee Pride to go above and beyond, I saved $140 switching to this Pharmacy I went from 200 and 15 a month to $86 a month for the exact same prescription with absolutely no insurance."
"This is such a great store. I make it a point to stop and visit this store when I'm in sunset. The store is always clean and nice. The store personal are fantastic, always willing to help when needed. The produce department is outstanding, they have great displays and stock all the wonderful products I love to buy. Keep the the great job Smiths in sunset!"
