"Subway is a solid place to stop for a steak or chicken sandwich while on the road. I think a lot of people love the smell and I've never ran into food quality problems at the ones I've been to."
"We put in a to-go order here around 8:30pm, when they closed at 10pm. We ordered a toasted sandwich and a kids pizza. Almost immediately, it looked like they tried calling us but we were leaving Bryce and didn't get good cell service and couldnt take the call. We get there 15 minutes later and are told they turned their ovens off for the night and couldn't fulfill our order. Who turns their ovens off at least 90 minutes before closing?? Instead of pizza, they gave us two small kid sandwiches which my kids barely touched. I just don't get it and get the sense the staff was incredibly lazy. We were still charged the same rate, including the extra charge for bacon which I didn't get because their ovens were off. They mentioned the two kids sandwiches were worth more than what we paid but what I wanted was what I knew my kids would eat. I was tempted to ask for the ovens to be turned back on. Very unhappy with my experience. If you're in a pinch and need to eat, they have food. Just may not be what you want."
