"I am writing this review because I was so impressed with the grooming services at this PetSmart location in Murray, UT. My elderly parents moved back to Utah from California and they brought their sweet lab mix doggie and 2 cats. When scheduling the appointment I spoke with Tierza and explained the grooming needs, the pets were not accustomed to being groomed. They were patient and kind with my Dad and the pets, lol. I was sure their sweet dog would be a breeze, he turned out to be a frantic mess. He will need to go to the vet. The cats were taken care of in a timely manner by Kay, Breanna and Tierza. Just very impressed with the service we received, Thank you PetSmart Grooming in Murray. I am adding pics of the cats, they were very much in need of a grooming, both cats have long fur and were in kennels for an extended period of time, grateful we have them by family to help my parents. They had matted fur in places and needed to be shaved. They look so much better!"
