Burger King

"I don't know what the problem is but this Burger King is constantly bad. The workers are friendly and helpful but the food is either cold or just not tasty. Latest disappointment - only one order per car! Reason - because it's timed. Sounds like a simple programming problem."

"Great customer service. Fast getting food. Whoppers, and all burgers, should be cooked when ordered instead of the patties sitting in a tray staying warm. Found out they can cook to order, just have to ask. Burgers don’t stay hot enough in the warming tray. Fries were hot but I saw them take them out of the fryer area just before putting them into a fry container for serving. The remaining fries were put into a bin which is likely why most of the time they aren’t hot."

"the service was perfect, everyone was so nice there. but, the food says otherwise. the soda was highly watered down. my burger was dehydrated and had no flavor to it. my fries have a over abundance of salt."

"I have tried this place twice is the last 2 years. The first time, they had ran out of chicken and the staff told me that they had been dealing with things that for a while. They were very friendly, so I decided to just let it go and not write any reviews. This time, their broiler was down, so they could not make burgers. The staff was friendly, but clearly lost their sympathy this time around. For a shop where their manager/owner could not care less about the business, I can’t really blame them for not loving working in a place like this."

"We stopped in while passing through in hopes of getting a quick bite to take on the road. There were three people in front of me, one left shortly after I got in line, which, should have been a sign. I was greeted, barely, there were no smiles or pleasantries. I ordered two burgers and drinks, a fry and an onion ring. I waited over fifteen minutes for my order. I saw my onion rings sit under the heat lamp and I believe they were giving priority to the drive thru as there were only three people inside and I saw plenty of orders being put together. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever, everyone was just walking around casually. There was food all over the floor, one of the gals was sweeping it out of sight with her foot (the attached picture was after she had done that). The drink area was dirty, garbage, crumbs, soda. Other reviews mentioned flies, there were lots of them but I honestly don't know how you avoid that with people coming and going all day. The food...was pretty good, it was lukewarm though, at best. The one positive was that I saw the counter gal change her gloves everytime in between putting together orders and doing other things."
