"They didn't have what I needed and the manager or supervisor whatever kept on referring to the store and all the products in it as "her store". And "she doesn't carry". Way to go for ownership and thanks for the recommend to go other places for what I was looking for but most pet stores have this very simple item for aquariums. Also referring to the entire store inventory and property as "yours" is not true and I find it slightly annoying. I prefer PetCo they have what I need and then some. Much better and feels like a small time pet store with employees who care and have good knowledge, instead of that big corporate souless feel."
"The associates are very well informed and are able to help out and answer questions usually without hesitation, only issue is I feel like they are short staffed because at times it takes awhile to be helped or you wait in the checkout line for a little bit. But that's understandable because of the location they're usually busy."

"My girlfriend and I came in looking for a Guinea pig after being told at Petsco that we had the proper set up for one. Jordan explained to us that we didn’t had had something more suited for hamsters. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us (despite us coming in a half hour before close) More of an experience you’d expect from a small business so we were super surprised and elated with the customer service."
"Average PetSmart experience. Workers were friendly and there were two kittens. Sadly didn't get a chance to take Echo here home. Good on PetSmart for doing rescue kittens rather than from farms."
