Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"We ordered two banana splits. Somehow the cashier thought we wanted two cone cups. Two pineapple and two hot fudge. We waited for our order but didn’t see it. She also didn’t give us our order number. After 5 minutes or so of waiting we asked the girl at the counter about our order and she pointed to the four cone cups. We said that’s not what we ordered. The girl then got a manager over to redo the order but the manager then said we asked for a refund. We said no, we don’t want a refund, we want out two banana splits we ordered, those come cups is not what we ordered. The manager then put in our order but somehow that was also wrong. We asked for both splits to be double hot fudge and pineapple. There was hardly any hot fudge on it (but the wrong order and a load of hot fudge for the cone cups) and at that point we were kind of irritated so we just ok our order and sat down. The girl at the counter who originally took our order had this attitude and gave me a dirty look while we were waiting for the correct order to come up. Not our fault she got the order wrong and we were not rude to her. I would give a one star but since the manager was nice I’m giving it two. Won’t be back to this Dairy Queen."

"Quick, fast, and cozy.....but the food was pretty lousy. We haven't eaten at DQ much before this, but the unanimous vote is: we won't be back. Oh, one exception on the food: the chicken tenders were quite good. But the burgers, fries, and drinks were .... Well, we didn't even finish them. That tells you what you need to know."

"It’s actually very disappointing how terrible of an experience we had during a quick stop at this location. We frequent DQ in southern Utah frequently and stop at this location often when visiting family. Our visit today was the worst I’ve had at any fast food location in years. We ordered 3 kids meals with plain cheeseburgers and lemonade. Chicken strip basket with large Diet Coke, and cheeseburger meal with coke. Pretty simple. Went to pay, had to have them give me the right size of drink, and she didn’t give me my card or straws but gave me food and expected me to leave. Got my card and straws and parked to check the food. EVERYTHING was cold. We barely took a few bites and tossed it out. Had to go back in because two of the kids burgers had everything in it which my kids hate. Also commented to them about how little fires they gave and they said that was normal for them. Not for most do their locations but I guess they are cheap here? They fixed the burgers but didn’t give me back my fries so I had to wait another 5 min for two kids fries while 4 more orders went out with me standing there. I think the manager came to talk to me, I don’t know she didn’t have a name tag or introduced herself but tried to justify everything. I told her I wanted the order I paid for and they skimp on everything while other locations are much better than them. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They’ve lost my business. Best part? 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Horrible service and horrible food"

"EVERY TIME I COME HERE THERES THIS KID STILL WORKING WITH MESSY HAIR AND CROCS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. WHY?! I say either have him shave it, hair tie and hat, or fire him. Absolutely unacceptable and gross. His attitude sucks too. Drive thru 6:00pm"

"Overall its a pretty typical location. The workers were more amicable and seemed happier to help than I was used to so that was definitely a plus! The food was also cheaper than I was expecting too, so that was awesome too. I didn't notice any high chairs, but they might have some if you ask. I'm definitely happy with this place, and you probably will be too!"
