"Just didn’t want to make dinner tonight so my husband suggested Burger King. They just don’t seem to care much. Not sure if the employees are disgruntled or just lazy. They certainly don’t seem to care about their job. I get that everybody has a bad day but we all still have to care about our jobs. They forgot part of my order I paid for and I called in, but they didn’t seem to care. Asked me when I can come back. I’m not driving clear back after I just got home. No sorry to me nothing. Just hung up the phone abruptly. Maybe they can afford to waste my money, but I cannot afford to waste my hard earned money on paying for stuff I don’t receive. Not cool ! I was really nice to y’all too. Well Happy New Years I guess! Sheeeshhh ! Maybe you can do better ! Attitude definitely needs to be changed."
"Food was OK. I ordered a whopper Jr, no onion, and the wrapper was marked for no onion, but there were onions on there. Thankfully those are easy to just pull off, but the ordered just wasn't correct. Also, it took a longer than normal time to get food out to customers. The people taking orders were great, but the expediting needs some work."
"Employees are rude, nobody ever greets you or acknowledges the customer when they go in. If they're working on another order, they'll look over at you them continue on without any kind of acknowledgment. I dont know what is different about this location, but the food is not good and the fries are always cold. Not many locals go to this store but because it sits right off the freeway exit, travelers keep the door open. I don't complain about local businesses in this small town, pretty much because they're all good, they care about keeping the small town, friendly service which keeps people going back but this Burger King isn't one of them. I'd also like to make it clear that this poor service is thr norm at this location. This isn't a one time experience because if it were, I'd have never given a bad review. Every place has a bad day once in a while, but when everyday is a bad day, there's a legit problem."
"Burger came out put together neatly and made fresh. As well as the fries... Enjoyed the food at my visit today and the person at the register was friendly... I'd recommend if your on the road and want bk to stop at this one... Qulity was shown for my visit."
