"I recently stayed at this hotel during the first stop of my 10-day road trip, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the staff and the owner. Three hours into our journey, I realized I had left my Apple watch in the hotel room. Knowing that driving back would significantly disrupt our schedule, I contacted the hotel staff. From the moment I made that call, the entire process of retrieving my watch was nothing short of seamless and pleasant. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting my watch back. Their commitment to customer service was truly impressive. Shortly after returning home, I was delighted to find my watch carefully wrapped to prevent any damage, accompanied by a warm note. This thoughtful gesture left a lasting impression on me. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for going the extra mile and demonstrating a genuine concern for their customers. "Stayed here with my 7 week old baby, woke up at 2:30 am killing bedbugs in room 112! Tried to go to the front desk for help stood there ringing the bell for 10 minutes before the lady finally came in from outside. Please check your room when staying here. The room was nice and clean though"
"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Super Clean and safe. The manager Donna is a sweetheart and hooked us up with extra cookies and hugs. The lemon water was such a nice touch and much appreciated. We love you Donna and night front desk lady too!!"
"Very nice place to stay they are always full of people. The beds are cozy and the rooms are fairly big. The only thing that is a downer is they only have one luggage cart. So it makes it almost impossible to have assistance in getting you're bags into you're room. Had to carry our own bags to the room or leaving the room a few times. But otherwise excellent stay would recommend."
